The house

The apartment has a furnished balcony and a bright combined living and dining room with a couch, television and dining table. The equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, citrus juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

Each of the three bedrooms has two single beds and a fan. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom. There are two full bathrooms in total, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Towels, a cot and a high chair are available. There is no air conditioning, Wi-Fi or swimming pool.

One free outdoor parking space is available. Playa de Gandia is 100 metres away; its fine white sand beach extends for more than 3 km, with a sailing and windsurfing school at one end. A supermarket and pharmacy are 0.4 km away, the Grao de Gandia train station is 0.9 km away and the bus stop is 0.2 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Check-in starts at 16:00 and checkout is by 10:00. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR and mandatory final cleaning of 40€/stay apply.
