The main house has four bedrooms and is offered together with a pool house containing additional sleeping space and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom is upstairs; the other three main-house bedrooms are on the first floor. All four bedrooms and the pool-house sleeping area have air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms.
Open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have ocean-facing windows. The living room has a sectional sofa, fireplace and sliding doors to the backyard. An enclosed sunroom contains a sofa and armchair. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and cooking essentials and has a central dining table. A separate movie den provides another sitting area, while the upstairs game room has foosball and poker tables. Heating, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, a washer and a dryer are provided.
Outside are a lawn facing the ocean, an upper wooden deck with cushioned chaise loungers, a large sundeck with multiple lounge areas, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining space with a gas grill.
