House rules

All guests must be 25 or older to book. No smoking, pets or emotional support animals. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. Wear wristbands to use resort amenities and display parking passes on vehicles. A mandatory $40 registration fee per vehicle is collected at the HOA registration desk on arrival. Wear shirts and shoes in the fitness center and wipe down equipment after use. No pool horseplay. Keep the AC between 70 and 78 degrees and close balcony doors while AC or heating is running. No commercial vehicles; trailers and recreational vehicles require off-site storage. No parking on streets or lawns, no parking in swales from 1 am to 6 am, no overnight parking on undeveloped private property, and no overnight lodging in recreational vehicles in driveways.

Getting there

Direct access to the adjacent white-sand beach. The wet-sand beach is public; dry-sand dunes are off limits. Fill in holes dug in the sand and avoid trampling sea oats and dunes. Exterior renovations may cause loud balcony-grinding noise and other construction disruption. Announced tower closures run from October until the beginning of December for the East Tower and January until the beginning of March for the West Tower.
