- Paid parking only. A mandatory $40 registration fee per vehicle covers the parking pass and wristbands, payable at check-in at the HOA registration desk. Display the parking pass on the vehicle. Commercial vehicles are not allowed; trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored off site.

- Stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with an ice maker.
