House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Reservations longer than seven days require owner approval. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. For bookings made more than 110 days before arrival, half of the total is due at booking and the remainder 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days of check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to one underground space. Village access is available by building elevators; Beaver Creek Bike Park and hiking trails are a short walk away in summer.
