The house

The 3,537-square-foot condo sits above the Chop House with mountain views and access to the Centennial Express and Strawberry Park Express. Beaver Creek Bike Park and hiking trails are a short walk away in summer. The building has a lobby, private elevators for village access and underground parking.

There are four ensuite bedrooms and one additional powder room. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, fireplace, balcony access and an ensuite with dual vanity, coffee bar, tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combination. The third has a queen bed, TV and ensuite with a shower. The fourth has a full bed, two twin beds, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combination.

The living area has two seating areas, a large flat-screen TV and a stone gas fireplace. The balcony has seating for four, a gas fireplace and a grill overlooking the slopes. The dining table seats eight; the open kitchen has an island and a wrap-around breakfast bar seating six. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, a standard drip coffee maker, Keurig and tea kettle.

The condo has air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, ski storage and boot heaters. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, games and a stereo are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
