The swimming pool and outdoor areas are shared among three apartments, each with its own private entrance. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, barbecue, lawn and outdoor shower. Beaches, restaurants and local shops are nearby.
A team member welcomes guests for a personal check-in and provides instructions and recommendations. Occasional power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur. Tropical wildlife may occasionally enter despite a pest-control program.
