House rules

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed. Up to two dogs may be permitted with final approval from InvitedHome. Notify the team when booking about pets, emotional support animals or service animals and submit details by text message or email for approval. Approved pets incur a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per animal and $50/night rental fee per animal, added after approval. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $50/package and $75 for larger items. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access to Telluride Ski Resort is 20 steps away and depends on snow, weather and resort operations. The gondola is steps away and may be audible inside the condo. Garage parking is limited to one car. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
