The house

Sunset Vista at Blue Mesa Lodge is a 1,231-square-foot condo with warm hues and colorful accents. The main bedroom and guest bedroom each have a king bed; the third bedroom has a bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The private living room has a fireplace and Smart TV. The equipped kitchen includes an island, dining table, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a tea kettle. A washer, dryer, heating, hot water, linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Wi-Fi, an elevator and free garage parking for one car are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The balcony overlooks the mountains and slopes. Free Wednesday-night summer concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed from the deck. The condo opens into the Mountain Village core, with the gondola steps away and ski shuttle service available. Long-term stays are allowed.
