The house

The home has open living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and water views. An island kitchen with stools includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware and dishes. The lower level has a ping pong table, and there are multiple workspaces.

Outdoor facilities include an expansive upper-level deck, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a grill, a wood-burning fire pit, a sauna and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A kayak/canoe and paddle board are available. The private outdoor pool is heated.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has one double/full bed and balcony/deck access; Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, a closet and balcony/deck access; Bedroom 3 has one king bed and balcony/deck access; Bedroom 4 has one queen bed, a closet and an ensuite bathroom. There are four full bathrooms with showers on the second floor; Bathrooms 2 and 3 have Jack-and-Jill arrangements. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The home has central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a Sonos speaker system. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
