House rules

A minimum stay of 30 days applies. Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Dogs require prior approval and are limited to two, with non-refundable fees of $150 per animal for cleaning and $50 per night per animal. A $3,500.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office is available on request for $45/package. Luggage and skis must be collected by guests, and additional UPS fees may apply. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment; additional cleaning is scheduled for stays of 30 nights or more. Early check-in or late checkout requires written authorization by text message from the Breckenridge InvitedHome team and depends on availability.

Getting there

The home spans multiple levels. Downtown Breckenridge is within walking distance, and nearby winter shuttle service provides ski-resort access. Rootstalk is under 15 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car. Parking is limited to three cars.
