The house

The 4,500-square-foot home has high ceilings, expansive windows, rustic finishes and a large private lot. The main living area includes a stone fireplace, television and sectional seating. A lower lounge has a wet bar, while outdoor spaces include a furnished balcony and a patio with a gas fire pit. Ski lockers and storage are near the garage entrance.

The fully equipped kitchen has a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, large center island, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and a drip coffee maker. A dining table, grill, washer, dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, private balcony and ensuite with a soaking tub and steam shower. A second upstairs king bedroom has a private ensuite. Three guest bedrooms are downstairs: a king room with an ensuite, a full-bed room and a captain’s bunk room. The latter two share a full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination. The home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Downtown shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Nearby winter shuttle service provides access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Parking is limited to three cars, with driveway parking and three covered garage spaces.
