House rules
No smoking. Up to two well-behaved, housebroken pets are permitted; dogs have no weight limit and cats are not allowed. Pets may not enter pools or hot tubs. Check-in and checkout are on Fridays. The wood fireplace is available January 1–April 24 and October 8–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 22 and October 8–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Accessible by 4x4 only. The home is oceanfront in Ocean Beach, a few miles from the 4x4 access ramp; Corolla is a short drive away. The private beach walkway has no steps, but wind, weather, erosion and sand migration can change walkway conditions.
