- Equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. The family-room bar has no dishwasher.

Private pool- Heated
Private outdoor pool; published size 14 × 33. Seasonal opening dates are April 24–October 8, 2026 and April 23–October 7, 2027. Optional heating costs $300 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extending pool dates in 2027 costs $300 plus tax per week.
