The house

The approximately 2,700-square-foot home has an open floor plan, a living room with a chaise sectional and large TV, double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors connect the living area to the deck and pool. A separate dining room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee maker and cookware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated office, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, closet, deck access and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Upstairs are a king bedroom with streaming TV and a queen bedroom, sharing a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and combines a queen bed with an office setup. A second main-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets.

Outside, the private heated pool is fenced and surrounded by a spacious sundeck with lounge chairs and sitting areas. Outdoor dining and a gas barbecue are available. The backyard is not fenced. Free parking is available. Pool use and outdoor equipment are subject to seasonal availability.

Nearby beaches include East/West Landing Beach, Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach, Tiana Town Beach and Coopers Beach. Hampton Bays offers shops, restaurants, cafés and galleries, and Southampton Village is a short drive away.
