House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Dogs require prior final approval; a maximum of two may be allowed, with non-refundable fees of $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal for pet rental. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local office address is available on request for $25 / package or $50 for larger items. The required electronic Terms and Conditions signature must be completed for reservation confirmation. Half of the total is due at booking and the remainder 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require coordination and payment for an In-Stay Refresh; stays over 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early arrival or late departure requires text-message authorization from a Park City InvitedHome team member, subject to availability.

Getting there

Deer Valley Resort is half a mile away and the home offers walking access to skiing and town. Main Street is a mile down the road. Deer Valley Pond is across the street, a two-minute walk away. Parking is limited to one compact car in the garage, with no street parking.
