The 1,994-square-foot townhome has vaulted ceilings, large windows, mountain views, a fireplace, living and dining areas, and a balcony or patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A washer, dryer, linens and towels are provided.
The main bedroom and guest bedroom each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk and a full-over-full bunk, with an ensuite bathroom. The private indoor hot tub and exercise area with a stationary bike and free weights are within the home.
Deer Valley Resort is half a mile away, and Park City's historic Main Street is a mile down the road. Deer Valley Pond is across the street, a two-minute walk away, with summer paddleboarding, fishing and other water sports. Deer Valley Café is across the street. Free transit is available from the nearby Old Town Transit Center; the on-demand Deer Valley Skier Shuttle can be booked during ski season for rides to the slopes.
