Welcome to “Summerview”! Enjoy the pleasures of an oceanfront vacation in this home with a spacious floor plan, ocean views, and tasteful furnishings. Equipped for fun, this home offers a list of amenities for both the young and young at heart. Located in Duck, the whole family will love the close convenience to nearby shopping and restaurants. On the third floor, you’ll find the bright and spacious great room, complete with a wall of windows to allow the ocean view in, as well as comfortable furniture and stunning decor.
All chefs will love the large and spacious kitchen that is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Mealtimes can be enjoyed with the ample dining area and countertop seating. The all-floor elevator makes luggage and grocery arrival a breeze. Step onto the sun deck for unparalleled views of golden sands and crystal blue water. The deck is perfect for gathering with a morning coffee, happy hour in the evening, and spotting OBX wildlife!
There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also one convenient half-bathroom. The second floor features two master bedrooms, both with private bathrooms.
