House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Sunday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its locking system is faulty or its operation is abnormal, and do not attempt repairs. Special events are permitted subject to arrangements with the operator; an additional event fee may apply.
Getting there
Oceanfront with private beach access via a walkway without steps. An elevator serves all floors, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
