Weekday construction takes place within the wider estate grounds, generally from 09:00 to 18:00. The Residence itself is fully finished and operational. Seminyak is 5 minutes away; Berawa Beach and Finns Beach Club are each 10 minutes away; Ngurah Rai Airport is 30–45 minutes away.
