The house

SULUK — The Residence accommodates up to 14 guests in seven en-suite bedrooms, each with a king bed. Double-height living and dining spaces face the rice fields through black steel frames and floor-to-ceiling glass. Interiors combine polished concrete and warm oak.

Facilities include a private lap pool beside the rice paddies, a private spa, sauna, gym, bathtub, outdoor kitchen and professional kitchen. The residence has full air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and free on-site parking.

A dedicated private butler is present throughout your stay and prepares fresh breakfasts and in-villa meals to your preferences, including Balinese and Western dishes. Ingredients are sourced at cost on your behalf. Daily housekeeping, fresh linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance, drinking water and Wi-Fi are included.

The residence sits in a residential village setting at the edge of Umalas, near Seminyak and Canggu. Seminyak is 5 minutes away, Berawa Beach and Finns Beach Club are each 10 minutes away, and Ngurah Rai Airport is 30–45 minutes away.

The Residence is fully finished and operational within the private 15-residence SULUK estate. While the wider estate is being completed, weekday construction takes place within the grounds, generally from 09:00 to 18:00.
