House rules
No smoking, parties or events. A maximum of one pet is allowed at no additional fee. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not suitable for infants under 2. No quiet time is designated. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
Getting there
One room remains locked and is excluded from guest access. Holyrood Park is a two-minute walk away; Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile are within walking distance. Waverley station is approximately seven minutes by car or taxi, 15 minutes by bus or 25 minutes on foot. The property is served by multiple Lothian Bus routes and is accessible by road via the A1.
