The house

The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a king bed and wardrobe. The first two bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. The separately described bathrooms include one with a shower, bath, toilet and basin, and another with a toilet and basin. Air conditioning is available in one room only. Guests have access to the property except for one room that remains locked during the stay.

The generously sized kitchen has cooking essentials, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove, oven and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. Free Wi-Fi, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, professional cleaning and 24/7 guest support are available. Six collapsible lawn chairs are kept in the downstairs closet.

Holyrood Park is a two-minute walk away, and Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile are within walking distance. The apartment is on a main bus route. Waverley station is approximately seven minutes away by car or taxi, 15 minutes by bus or 25 minutes on foot. Meadowbank Retail Park has a large Sainsbury’s, Poundland, TK Maxx and M&S.
