The house

The cottage has an open, flowing layout, raftered ceilings, colorful accents and oversized white couches. The open-plan kitchen has new appliances and white stone countertops, with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, cookware, toaster and blender.

Three bedrooms are upstairs in the main house: two have one queen bed each and one has a single bed. A fourth bedroom on the guest house's ground floor has one queen bed. Each bedroom has a closet. The main house has a ground-floor half bathroom and an upstairs full bathroom with a shower and tub. The guest house has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. An artist's studio with a full bathroom is also advertised.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a usable wood-burning fireplace, a Bluetooth speaker, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. Outdoors are a landscaped garden, fenced backyard, deck/patio with a table, chairs and umbrella, gas grill, outdoor shower, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, two lounge chairs and one adult bicycle. Dining and shopping in Southampton village are an easy walk away; the village is accessible on foot or by bicycle. The property is close to ocean beaches. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
