Stroll just a couple of minutes to spend fun-filled days kayaking, swimming, or fishing in bucolic Fells Pond (also known as Jim Pond). Venture two miles to Popponesset Beach or South Cape Beach State Park for days spent playing in the sand and gentle surf. Easily access a plethora of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Popponesset Marketplace, an open-air shopping village known for popular entertainment, great restaurants, boutique shops, and mini-golf.
Kids will love visiting the Cape Cod Children's Museum (two and a half miles). Find outdoor adventure amidst 341 acres of natural beauty at Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge (seven miles).
Kick back on the sofa and armchairs in the open living room while enjoying the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream shows in the bonus living area, complete with a sectional, sofa, armchair, and 40-inch TV with Roku. When mealtime comes, prepare family favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the formal dining table that seats six.
