House rules

Maximum occupancy is six guests. No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00, parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are optional, subject to availability assessed from the night before, and carry an additional unspecified charge; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of lost items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses has a claim limit of 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

The apartment is on the fourth floor, with lift access from the garage and building entrance. The rooftop balcony is not available for guest use. Brisbane Airport is approximately 20–30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
