The house

The apartment has open-plan living and dining areas, timber-look flooring, furnished balconies reached through sliding glass doors, and city views. Lift access connects the garage and building entrance to the fourth floor, and the building has secure access.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has an ensuite, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Blackout blinds, wardrobe storage, pillows, quilts and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup are provided. Both bathrooms have shower-over-bath combinations; a hairdryer and towels are supplied.

The lounge has a five-seat sofa, television with free-to-air channels and streaming apps, split-system air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Streaming requires your own subscriptions and accounts. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, capsule-compatible coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. The dining table seats six and can be used for casual laptop work. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The private laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. Heating, bathroom toiletries and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and longer stays are allowed.

Toowong Village offers supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday essentials. Toowong Railway Station provides connections to Brisbane's CBD; buses along High Street and Sherwood Road and the Regatta ferry terminal offer additional transport options.
