The house

The apartment has a living area with a couch, a balcony with city and sunset views, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware and a dishwasher. A washing machine with a dryer is available.

There are two queen beds with linen, covers and pillows. Bathroom facilities include a hot/cold shower, sink, toilet, cabinets and mirror; bath and shower essentials are provided. A bathtub and room-darkening shades are also available.

Restaurants and bars are nearby, and the city centre offers museums, galleries, shops and historical attractions. Nearby bars and restaurants can cause noise, particularly during peak hours. Daytime construction takes place Monday–Saturday, 06:00–18:00. Scheduled electricity outages can occur.

For stays longer than seven nights, a mandatory clean takes place every seven nights, beginning on Day 8. It includes fresh linen, light cleaning and rubbish removal and costs R910 per clean, separate from the standard cleaning fee. Payment is required before check-in through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre. For stays of 30 days or longer, a monthly electricity top-up of up to R3000 is provided; guests pay for usage above that amount.
