No parties, events or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00, including on the balcony and rooftop terrace. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including the balcony and common areas. No pets. Keep the lobby door closed and do not admit unknown visitors. The rooftop terrace is shared with residents; clean the BBQ after use and take rubbish down. Bookings are screened. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome.
Getting there
The apartment is on an elevated lower-ground level. A lift connects the lobby, car park, apartment levels and shared rooftop terrace. The Mowbray Rd at Mindarie St bus stop is a three-minute walk (260 m), served by routes 258, 292 and 533. Lane Cove village is 2.4 km away, a five-minute drive or 30-minute walk. Chatswood is 3.4 km away, about eight minutes by car. St Leonards station is 5.2 km away, a 10–12-minute drive; Crows Nest Metro is 5.4 km away. Sydney Airport is 23 km away, about 30–40 minutes by car. Mowbray Park and the Lane Cove River foreshore track start 800 m away, a 10-minute walk.
