The house

The apartment occupies an elevated lower-ground level of the Echo building, built in 2021, on a quiet residential street. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. The open-plan lounge has a modular sofa, a 55-inch smart TV and sliding doors to a private balcony with a leafy outlook. A round glass dining table seats four.

The galley kitchen includes stone benchtops, an ILVE gas cooktop and oven, rangehood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso pod coffee maker, with cookware and tableware for four. The queen bedroom has hotel-grade linen, mirrored built-in robes, a ceiling fan, sheer curtains and balcony access. The bathroom has a frameless walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, towels, hair dryer and eco toiletries.

A built-in study nook has a timber desk, shelves and an ergonomic chair. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi, ducted Daikin reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a European laundry with a front-load washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The shared rooftop terrace has two gas BBQs, a covered pergola, picnic tables and views across Lane Cove’s treetops. A lift serves every level, including the car park and rooftop. The Hatfield Street entrance has a video intercom. One secure car space is included, and visitor parking is also advertised.

Mindarie Park is 70 m from the front door. Lane Cove village is 2.4 km away, a five-minute drive or 30-minute walk. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome, including relocation, corporate, medical and insurance-displacement stays. The apartment is professionally cleaned and inspected between bookings.
