House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee per pet stay. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. The living-area sofa bed accommodates two extra guests within the four-guest maximum. Children aged 2–12 are welcome; long-term stays are allowed. Mandatory post-booking ID verification is required before check-in details are released. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. At checkout, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish into the appropriate bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before departure. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in is subject to conditions.
Getting there
The apartment is on the seventh floor, and an elevator is available. Parking is limited to one garage space, entered via Mott Court. Bus stops within walking distance connect to Darwin Interchange; Darwin has no train system. Darwin International Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away, and Darwin CBD is approximately a five-minute drive away.
