The house

The apartment accommodates four guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a living-area sofa bed for two extra guests. The open-plan living and dining area has two couches, a TV and a dining table seating four. A furnished private balcony is accessible from both the lounge and bedroom, and sea and water views are available. The bedroom has blackout blinds, bedside tables with lamps and storage. A separate modern bathroom is nearby.

The kitchen includes an electric stovetop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and utensils. A private laundry room has a washer and dryer. Split-system air conditioning serves the bedroom and dining areas; fans are provided in the bedroom and lounge. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating and an elevator are available. Towels, bed linen, toiletries, a hairdryer, iron and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.

The apartment is near waterfront dining, open-air markets, the Esplanade, Darwin Waterfront Precinct, Crocosaurus Cove, and the Museum and Art Gallery of the NT. Bus stops within walking distance connect to Darwin Interchange. Darwin International Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away, and Darwin CBD is approximately a five-minute drive away.

Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Self-check-in uses onsite key collection. Mandatory post-booking ID verification must be completed before check-in details are shared. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses permits claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
