The house

The approximately 2,000-square-foot main home has an entry foyer and an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, numerous windows and French doors. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a see-through gas fireplace shared with the dining room. A separate small seating area also has a fireplace and flat-screen TV. The formal dining table seats six, and the casual eating table seats four.

The island kitchen has marble countertops, Bosch, Sub Zero and Viking appliances, a wine fridge, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cookware. Outside are a gas grill, furnished patio, lounge chairs and a covered porch. A bicycle, beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms with showers. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV and closet; Bedroom 2 has two twin/single beds; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet and balcony/deck. The primary suite has French doors to the backyard. A separate half bathroom is also on the main floor.

Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are available. The home has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Only the main home is included; the accessory building is excluded.
