The house

The house has an open-plan layout with multiple sitting and dining areas, a great room with a fireplace, and an island kitchen with appliances, a microwave and a coffee maker. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring natural light into the living spaces. Central air conditioning, heating, a dedicated work-from-home space, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer are available.

A mahogany deck surrounds the private heated pool. Outdoor facilities include sunny and shaded seating areas, a dining table, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and free parking. Pool use is seasonal, and availability outside Memorial Day to Labor Day must be checked before booking.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV and a walk-in closet; the second bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV and a standard closet; the third has a king bed and a standard closet. The primary bathroom has a shower and tub, the two guest ensuite bathrooms have showers, and there is a separate half bathroom. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and East Hampton are minutes away, as are nearby beaches. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
