Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and visitors must be identified in advance. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, may not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet, and may not burn incense or candles. Identification documents for each guest are required after booking. Self check-in is used without an in-person host. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
