The building has five paid parking spaces, subject to availability. The advertised rate is R$40 per day.
Is self check-in available?
Yes. Guests access the condominium and studio without an in-person host.

No. Pets are not allowed in the studio.

Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted. Cribs are not provided.
