Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations.
Getting there
The mezzanine apartment is reached on foot, and two internal steps lead down to the sleeping area. The bathroom is not suitable for people taller than 1.80 m. The property is within a ZTL limited-traffic zone; nearby parking and exploring on foot are recommended. Rizzoli bus stop is a one-minute walk away; the central station is a five-minute bus journey from there. The airport is a 15-minute drive away.
