The apartment occupies a mezzanine floor reached on foot through a grand building entrance. The entrance area has a dining table and an open-plan kitchenette with an induction hob, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. Two steps lead down to a partially separated sleeping area with two bookcases, one double sofa bed and a television. The full bathroom has a shower and is not suitable for people taller than 1.80 m. A hairdryer and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The apartment is within the ZTL limited-traffic zone; leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Rizzoli bus stop is a one-minute walk away, with a five-minute bus journey to the central station. The airport is a 15-minute drive away.
A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
