House rules
Up to two guests, excluding infants. Flush only toilet paper: the toilet has a grinder. A management fee of €247 applies to rentals described as having an average duration; it covers entry and exit inventories and cleaning. Free cancellation is available up to five days before arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies from five days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Getting there
The beach is a five-minute walk away. The studio is on the sixth floor with elevator access. Curtains do not create total darkness.
