The house

The studio is on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, in a quiet area close to shops and transport. The living room has one sofa bed, and the bathroom has a shower. Curtains filter light without creating total darkness.

The open kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and hob. Wi-Fi, TV, heating, a vacuum cleaner, hangers and a smoke detector are available. The property is child-friendly.

A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests and hands over the keys. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated traveler app. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bath towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Optional services include a private chauffeur, an in-home chef and local activities.

Congrès / Joffre bus stop is a two-minute walk away. Nice Ville station is ten minutes on foot or five minutes by car, and Nice-Côte d’Azur airport is fifteen minutes by car or thirty minutes by public transport. The National Theatre and Museum of Modern Art are a fifteen-minute walk away.
