House rules
No smoking, pets or parties/events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. Check-in is 16:00–20:00; in low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. There is no linen renewal or cleaning during the stay. Optional charges: end-of-stay cleaning €55 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking or single-bed linen €14 per booking. Concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The listing gives conflicting tourist-tax information: it says the tax is payable before the stay and also says it is included in the total price.
Getting there
Plage de la Grange is 200 m away and Plage de la Pointe de Grignon is 600 m away. The residence has free parking; the studio has no private parking space. A bike-rental service is within the residence and is paid.
