The house

This 23 m² studio has a living area with a convertible sofa bed (Queen Size, 160 × 200 cm), television and dining table for two. The open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. A 10 m² terrace has garden furniture and sun loungers. The residence has a shared outdoor heated pool, open from 15 April to 31 October; pool access is included. The spa, treatments and relaxation facilities are available for an additional fee at reception. A free car park is available within the residence; the studio has no private parking space. A washer-dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. An air cooler in the living area is managed by the thalassotherapy centre. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. There is no linen renewal or cleaning during the stay.
