House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, collected as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a bath towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €95 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal; cleaning during the stay is not provided. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Sarlat historic centre is described as a few steps away; the town centre is 700 m away. A parking space is available in front of the house. Lidl is 400 m away, L'Orient Express restaurant 400 m, Mamamomo restaurant 450 m, Sarlat train station 500 m, La Petite Brasserie restaurant 600 m, and Biocoop 1.3 km away.
