The 100 m² house has two floors, two bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160 × 200 cm), and a second living room with a sofa bed for two. The ground floor has a living room with a stove, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, French press coffee maker, kettle, freezer, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Upstairs there is a shower room with a separate toilet, a TV, DVD player, games, desk and library.
Two furnished terraces and an electric barbecue are available. A camera alarm in the living room faces the entrance door and is deactivated during rentals. A concierge team is available throughout the stay. Wi-Fi is available.
