House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of four guests. Temporary stays only; no permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, while emotional support animals require pet authorization. No parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents or other structures without Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests are responsible for damage or loss, pet-policy violation charges up to $1,000, additional cleaning charges up to $500 or actual cost if greater for rule violations or excessive mess, and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a charge of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in emergencies. Shared amenities are outside Avari's control. The booking channel's cancellation policy applies. Unit-specific terms override general rental terms, and booking-channel terms control in a conflict. If the property becomes unavailable for reasons outside the operator's control, no refund or compensation is owed under these terms. For other unavailability, a comparable property may be substituted; if none is available, guests may select another available property with a price adjustment or receive a full refund, subject to booking-channel terms.

Getting there

Beach access is right outside the property. Roof replacement is anticipated through the end of September 2026 and walkway work through December 2026. Construction runs Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible Sunday work after weather delays. Morning sawing and scraping, particularly in penthouse units, and floor-work noise, dust and grinding may affect stays.
