Shared resort facilities include swimming pools, a fitness center and a community grill area. The beach is right outside the property, with dining and entertainment nearby. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is two miles away, and Escape Zone 60 offers live escape rooms.
Roof replacement is anticipated to finish by the end of September 2026, with walkway work continuing through December 2026. Construction is scheduled Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible Sunday work following weather delays. Sawing and scraping may be heard from 7:00 AM to approximately noon, especially in penthouse units; afternoons are expected to be quieter. Floor work may cause noise, dust and grinding sounds.
