House rules

No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. The displayed maximum occupancy is 5; the sofa bed is described as allowing two additional overnight guests. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card as a guarantee, with the card details requested alongside the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and, if applicable, flight or boat details for key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. Mid-stay housekeeping is not provided. The tourist tax is described as payable before the stay in the description; the tax section identifies it as included in the total price. Verify the tax treatment before guest-facing use. A mandatory Hoomy concierge service fee of 10% of the booking is listed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Use a dedicated charging point.
