There is a 20 m² terrace, an enclosed outdoor area, garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, and the residence also has a shared tennis court. Fibre Wi-Fi and a Connect TV decoder are provided. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
