The home is licensed to sleep a maximum of 4 adults, with 4 guests total. No smoking is allowed and pets are not permitted. Discounted rentals of cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards require a signed waiver. Beach chairs are provided for use at Starfish Point and Rum Point Beach and should be returned.
Getting there
The Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurants, and watersports are a short walk away. Starfish Point is a five-minute walk west. The Rum Point Club is within walking distance. The beachfront behind the condo complex is described as clear and calm, but the listing says there are no reefs there to snorkel and the sea bottom is not sandy for bare feet. Gardens of the Kai and the Rum Point Club are recommended for barefoot swimming and snorkeling; Rum Point is a short drive or a 10–15 minute walk away. Beaches are public, and shoreline quality may vary seasonally. Grand Cayman beaches may experience floating ocean debris and sargassum seasonally.
