Starfish Kai is a renovated second-floor condo with bright white shiplap wall treatment, porcelain plank flooring, and a redesigned full kitchen. The kitchen has Wolf and Sub-Zero major appliances, a beverage fridge, built-in microwave, beaded-edge cabinetry, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a blender, wine fridge, Hamilton Beach kettle, and propane grill. The bathrooms have Carrera marble and the home has a new air-conditioning system with Nest thermostats.

The property has a screened balcony, waterfront views, sunset views, cable TVs throughout, a shared pool and spa, sun loungers, a white sandy beachfront, seaside hammocks, beach chairs, bath and beach towels, linens, hair dryer, iron and board, and a washer and dryer. The Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurants, and watersports are a short walk away. Snorkel and scuba charters and the Cayman Ferry to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach depart from The Kaibo Marina.

The Rum Point Club is within walking distance, and Starfish Point is a five-minute walk west. Cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. A cleaning fee is included due to enhanced cleaning and sanitation.
